SUPERIOR COURT
CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of December.
Keith L. McKimm, 50, Spring Hill, Fla.: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $2,500 fine, six years in prison, all but one year suspended and three years’ probation.
Dianne M. Michaud, 49, Easton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine.
Jean Paul Michaud, 61, Madawaska: violating protective order, filed on $500 costs.
Charles R. Ouellette, 28, Van Buren: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Jessica L. Parsons, 28, Ashland: operating vehicle without license-cond/restriction, 15 days in jail and OUI, one prior, $800 fine, nine months in jail, all but 15 days suspended, one year probation and three years’ license and registration suspension.
Haley M. Perkins, 21, Madawaska: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, filed on $500 costs.
Daniel H. Rawding, 45, Westbrook: probation violation, 10 months in prison, probation revoked; and domestic violence assault, priors (two counts), dismissed (first) and 10 months in prison (second).
Gerard Saucier, 59, Presque Isle: motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, $500 fine.
