Graydon E. Adams, Jr., 49, Sinclair: failure to notify of motor vehicle accident, $300 fine and 30-day license suspension.
Kevin J. Akerson, 53, Caribou: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, $300 fine and 48 hours in jail; assault, $300 fine; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Lisa Anderson, 40, Limestone: making material misstatement of fact, $250 fine.
Christopher J. Arcand, 44, Portland: operating vehicle without license, condition/restriction, $250 fine.
Dustin D. Badger, 19, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, 60 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 60 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $250 fine and 60 days in jail; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; and smoking in a motor vehicle with person less than 16 years of age, $200 fine.
Stephanie Bennett, 21, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), dismissed (first) and five days in jail (second).
Cody Briggs, 18, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $200 costs.
Shawn C. Campbell, 22, Caribou: criminal mischief, $200 fine; failure to notify of motor vehicle accident, $200 fine and 30-day license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine.
Roy E. Cloney, Jr., 43, Caribou: probation violation, (two counts), $300 fine and five days in jail (first), jail and probation revoked (second).
Logan D. Cyr, 22, Caribou: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension and $250 restitution; and failure to stop, remain, provide information, $200 fine.
Jacob Dahlgren, 25, Presque Isle: furnishing liquor to a minor (two counts), $500 fine and 48 hours in jail (each).
Kevin Dee, 50, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug and false public alarm or report, dismissed (each).
Annette Derry, 19, Caribou: minor transporting liquor, dismissed.
Scott Drost, Jr., 19, Woodland: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Peter J. Dubay, 37, Caribou: disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place (two counts), $100 fine (first), $200 fine and 36 hours in jail (second); and violating condition of release, 36 hours in jail.
Allan R. Emery, 37, Caswell: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; and failure to register vehicle, $50 fine.
Gary M. Estey, 46, Limestone: indecent conduct, 120 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended and one- year probation.
Daniel L. Forbes, 30, Stockholm: operating snowmobile on public way, $100 fine.
Shane Allen Forbes, 35, Caribou: attaching false plates, $200 fine.
Joseph P. Gagnon, 20, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, six months in jail.
William Groom, III, 24, Caribou: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine; and carrying concealed weapon, dismissed.
Nathan Haney, 42, Caribou: theft by receiving stolen property, dismissed.
Taylor Hodsdon, 19, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), 30 days in jail and $250 restitution (first), 30 days in jail and $13.62 restitution (second), 30 days in jail (third); violating condition of release (four counts), 30 days in jail (each); and stealing drugs, seven months in jail, all but 30 days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
Chad Lee Lagasse, 33, Presque Isle: violating protective order (two counts), $500 fine (first) and $250 fine (second).
Michael Latronica Jr., 33, Washburn: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Franklin Leonard, 18, Limestone: assault, $500 fine and 90 days in jail, all but five days suspended.
Michael Adam Levesque, 31, Connor Twp.: violating condition of release (two counts), 30 days in jail (each); and falsifying physical evidence, 30 days in jail.
David J. Mancos, 50, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine and $74.23 restitution.
Daniel S. McBreairty, 19, Caribou: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $150 fine and 48 hours in jail; and minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
Reno Metzger, 37, Ironwood, Mich.: assault, $1,500 fine and four months in jail.
Michael A. Nadeau, 19, Caribou: violating protective order, $250 fine.
Kaylan Ramsey, 19, Limestone: assault, filed without costs.
Jonathan Raymond, 38, Caribou: permitting unlawful operation of snowmobile, $100 fine.
Charles J. Slattery, 41, Stockholm: operating unregistered snowmobile, $250 fine.
Cheryl Slattery, 42, Stockholm: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.
Laura Smith, 26, Caribou: harassment by telephone, $500 fine, all but $10 suspended and 100 hours’ community service.
Paul D. Sprague, 41, Limestone: theft of services (two counts), not guilty (each).
George Stoeckler, 62, Caribou: operating vehicle without license and failing to register vehicle, $100 fine (each).
Jon E. Sund, 53, Stockholm: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license suspension.
James Theriault, 40, Caribou: cultivating marijuana, $500 fine.
David W. Thibodeau, 60, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
