Limited edition coffee blend at Courtyard Café

    In honor of Mother’s Day, Women, Work, and Community and Coffee By Design have proclaimed May to be Mother’s Month and have come up with a special blend of coffee just for the group.
    “My Mom’s Coffee,” a limited edition blend created for Women, Work, and Community, combines peak and dark roasted Central and South American coffees. It has a rich and nutty flavor with sweet notes of caramel and just a hint of smoke…a tasty coffee that will complement your Mother’s Day celebration and wake you up to women’s economic development and empowerment all month long.
    Throughout the month of May, three Aroostook County locations will offer bags of My Mom’s Coffee (regular or decaf, whole bean or ground) for sale to benefit Women, Work, and Community. The coffee is available at $10 per bag for regular and $11 per bag for decaf at the following locations: Affairs of the Heart Florals / Fleuriste Aux Affaires De Ceour, 161 Main St., Madawaska; Brambleberry Market, Downtown Mall, 25 Sweden St., Caribou; and The Courtyard Café, 61 Main St., Houlton.
