The high school chorus and band will perform their final spring concert of the year. More than 140 musicians and vocalists from Houlton High School are gearing up to perform a three-part concert Thursday, May 5 at 7 p.m. The High School Chorus will present music around a theme of “Visions,” while also highlighting separate male and female pieces to entertain the audience. The high school Symphonic Band and Concert Band will perform music around a theme of “Dreams.” There will also be a special presentation by the senior band members. All of these ensembles are preparing for their upcoming concert and also a special music festival trip to take place on May 13-15 to Boston and Six Flags.
