BROWN, Loretta M., 93, EASTON, April 22, 2011. A Funeral Service will take place at 4 p.m., on Thursday, April 28, at the Easton Wesleyan Church. Interment will follow at Estes Park Cemetery, Easton. Arrangements are in the care of Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, Presque Isle.

EASTON – Loretta M. Brown, age 93, went to Heaven on April 22, 2011.

She had been a resident at the Presque Isle Nursing Home for the past two and a half years and left a wonderful remembrance to everyone that she came in contact with. She was born in Ashland, on October 24, 1917, to Avon and Inez (Pratt) Wilcox. Loretta along with her husband, Aubrey, farmed in Easton for many years. They raised four children: Steve from Pettigeu, AR, Sally Longmoore from Hingham, MA, Betty Myers from Endwell, NY, and Molly Curran from Easton. She is also survived by a special nephew who was like a son to her, Justin Brown of Brewer.  Loretta is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Loretta was a member of the Easton Wesleyan Church.

Friends and family may call on Thursday, April 28, 2011, at the Easton Wesleyan Church from 2 until 3:30 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 4 p.m., with the Rev. Matthew Maxwell officiating. Interment will follow at Estes Park Cemetery in Easton. Loretta requested in lieu of flowers to please make donations to the Memorial Fund at the Easton Wesleyan Church, P.O.
