LIMESTONE — Staff of the Limestone Recreation Department are pleased to announce the upcoming Community Appreciation Night on Saturday, May 21 from 5:45 until 7 p.m. in the Limestone Community School auditorium.
The event will feature a slide show highlighting a year’s worth of Rec. Center activities and honor the coaches, volunteers, officials, sports teams and “rec. superstars,” according to Rec. Director Amanda Brooker.
Door prizes will be awarded at the event, which will be followed by a “Fun ‘free’ night,” Brooker described.
The LCS pool will be open from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and the gym will be open from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
