Whitmore, 19, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release, carrying concealed weapon, terrorizing, and criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, six months in jail (each); and burglary, 18 months in jail, all but six months suspended, one year probation and $541.26 restitution.
Justin Whittaker, 28, Easton: unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 12 months in jail, all but 20 days suspended and one year probation.
