Bob the Messed Up Duck

    One morning a baby duck had been born and Mother duck named him Bob. Now, one day Bob tried to talk. (Now I know and you know that ducks go quack but this one doesn’t.) Now, as I was saying, Bob tried to talk and he went “sqawk”. Mother duck jumped in surprise. After Bob went “sqawk” Mother duck said, “Ducks go quack like me, they don’t go sqawk” Bob tried again and it didn’t work.
    So Mother duck called the doctor. When the doctor came he talked to Mother duck for a while. The doctor came into the room with Mother duck. Then he put on his gloves and reached in Bob’s mouth and pulled out a parrot. Then, the doctor told Bob, “Try to speak.” He did and he went “moo”. Mother duck and the doctor both jumped in surprise. Doctor reached in again and pulled out a cow and Mother duck said, “How did you eat all that, dear?” The doctor said, “Try again.” Bob did and he said “Bye!” “Oh, no,” said Mother and doctor duck as they ran out after Bob.
