    HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the months of November and December 2010.
    William A. Baker, 30, Fort Kent: violating condition of release, one year in prison; and tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, five years in prison, all but one year suspended and three years’ probation.
    Perley A. Belyea, 51, Houlton: illegal possession of moose, dismissed; possession of antlerless deer (three counts), $400 fine and $225 restitution (first), $400 fine (second), and $200 fine (third).
    David A. Boyington, 35, Danforth: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 180 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended and one year probation; criminal mischief, violating condition of release, obstructing report of crime, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, dismissed (each); and operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
    Katie Britton, 27, Houlton: hindering apprehension or prosecution, filed on $50 costs.
    Joseph F. Cordeiro, 48, Linneus: reckless conduct, dismissed; aggravated assault, three years in prison, all suspended and two years’ probation; and allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, dismissed.
    Danielle Davenport, 25, Linneus: theft by deception, $200 fine and $266 restitution.
    Matthew Davis, 30, Houlton: hunting or possessing moose during closed season, dismissed; unlawful possession of gift moose, $1,000 fine; night hunting and obtaining suspended or revoked license, dismissed (each).
    Eric J. Dyer, 38, Mars Hill: probation violation, probation revoked; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
    Christopher D. McNally, 27, Sherman: reckless conduct, filed on $250 costs.
    Nathan L. Murphy, 35, Merrill: probation violation, 33 months in jail and probation revoked; burglary, six years in jail, all but 36 months suspended, two years’ probation and $3,300 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three years in prison.
    Jason A. Nelson, 31, Smyrna Mills: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Annette A. Paul, 30, Houlton: assault (two counts), $300 fine (first) and $300 fine, 364 days in jail, all but 60 days suspended and one year probation (second).
    Brandy J. Pelkey, 33, Easton: probation violation (two counts), three years in prison, probation revoked (first); and probation revoked (second).
    Wayne Randall, 51, Linneus: violating protection order, filed on $500 costs.
    Wesley E. Rankin, 62, Caribou: assault and criminal threatening, dismissed (each).
    Jesse E. Sawyer, 29, Linneus: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Irene Short, 68, Hersey: assault, filed on $100 costs.
    Cynthia R. Smith, 38, Houlton: aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed; domestic violence assault, 60 days in jail, all suspended and one year probation; and assault, $300 fine.
    Scott W. St. John, 41, Houlton: hunting or possessing moose during closed season, $1,500 fine and three days in jail; and night hunting, dismissed.
    Roger Lee Willett, Sr., 53, Patten: using artificial light to illuminate wild animals, $1,000 fine; and night hunting, dismissed.
    Thomas Woodbury, 49, Linneus: probation violation, six months in jail and probation continued; and operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
    David C. Boles, 38, Houlton: unlawful possession of oxycodone and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and six months in jail (each).
    Casey Corbett, 22, Houlton: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Robert Lee Cox, 38, Monticello: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, five years in prison, all but six months suspended and three years’ probation; and operating vehicle without license, five days in jail.
    Charles F. Dorr, 33, Houlton: reckless conduct, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension; and domestic violence assault, seven months in jail.
    James I. Keaton, 20, Houlton: probation violation, 27 months in prison, probation revoked; burglary, three years in prison; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail and $200 restitution.
    Reggie McGary, 31, Houlton: probation violation, six months in jail and probation revoked.
    Wade F. McGuire, 48, Houlton: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, filed without costs.
    Carol A. Polchies, 49, Houlton: Probation violation, 10 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Tyler J. Saucier, 24, Madawaska: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
    Daniel Sparks, 38, Presque Isle: burglary, dismissed.
    Ronald A. Spinney, 32, Houlton: probation violation, 10 months in jail and probation revoked.
    Halston G. Wiley, II, 29, Littleton: criminal mischief, 48 hours in jail and $715.34 restitution.
