Hodgdon High School’s National Honor Society will be offering Project Prom on Saturday, April 2 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hodgdon High School gym.
Project Prom is a chance for people to sell old formal dresses, as well as for those to pick up a dress at an affordable price for the upcoming prom season.
Those wanting to sell dresses can bring the dresses to Hodgdon High School and offer them at the price the owner sets. Ten percent of the profit from each dress sold will be collected and given to the Hope and Justice Project in Houlton.
All dresses will be sold as is, and there will be no returns.
Sellers can begin setting up at 9 a.m. on Saturday morning. If sellers are unable to stay at the event, they can leave them with the school volunteers and arrangements will be made for a time to pick up unsold dresses and their portion of the profit.
Pre-registration is recommended, but not required. For more information or to pre-register, please contact Kara Wright or Amanda Ryan at (207) 532-2413, by e-mail at karawright@msln.net or log on to the Facebook event at “Project Prom” Formal Dress Sale” and leave a message.
