Lloyd Woods of Madawaska Lake, state adjutant for the American Legion, Department of Maine, recently visited with members of the ninth district (Kennebec) during a meeting held in Waterville. Woods briefed the Legion members on the state of the American Legion in Maine, focusing on membership, Legion programs, as well as the state and national conventions.
