    HOULTON – The following cases were heard in the District Court in Houlton during the month of February.
    Jessica Carr, 30, Patten: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
    Deanna Cleary, 41, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $250 costs.
    Peter William Cummings, 21, Oakfield: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Wayne Dorr, 34, Blue Hill: attaching false plates and displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $100 fine (each); and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    David J. Goodall, 27, Cary Plantation: violating condition of release (two counts), seven days in jail (each).
    Dennis A. Hollar, 36, Lenoir, N.C.: rule violation, operating after disqualified, $250 fine.
    Joshua Kaufman, 25, Portland: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $250 costs.
    Ashlee Lawlor, 27, Houlton: attaching false plates, $150 fine.
    Ronald Lycette, 51, Amity: displaying fictitious vehicle certificate and violating condition of release, $100 fine and 48 hours in jail (each).
    Thomas McEwen, Sr., 29, Hodgdon: failing to appear for disclosure or contempt hearing, 48 hours in jail.
    Micah P. McGillicuddy, 22, Houlton: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
    Craig D. Miller, 31, Westbrook: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 10 days in jail and $5 restitution (first), and 10 days in jail (second).
    Robert E. Mitchell, 18, Merrill: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Robert R. Morin, 34, Lenoir, N.C.: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
    Casey Rairdon, 21, Houlton: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
    Levi D. Scott, 19, Linneus, night hunting, dismissed and using artificial light to illuminate wild animals, $1,000 fine.
    Bradley Sewell, 30, Houlton: protective order from harassment violation, $450 fine.
    Michael Shain, 24, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
    Brandon W. Shaw, 27, Linneus, operating while license suspended or revoked (two counts), $250 fine (each).
    Todd Shaw, 34, Houlton: violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.
    Benjamin K. Stewart, 22, Hodgdon: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
    Todd Stubbs, 35, Sherman: domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail, all but 15 days suspended and two years’ probation; violating protective order (three counts), 10 days in jail (first), dismissed (second), 15 days in jail (third); and violating condition of release (two counts), 15 days in jail (each).
    Clayton A. Willigar, 21, Littleton: operating vehicle without a license, $150 fine.
