CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of November.

Erika R. Jordan, 29, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine and 90 days in jail.

Thomas B. Kaiser, Jr., 20, Mapleton: OUI, $500 fine.

John F. Kennedy, 43, Castle Hill: operating after habitual offender revocation, filed on $300 costs.

Conrad Lagasse, 60, Saint David: failing to make oral or written accident report, $200 fine.

Kimberly Y. Landry, 34, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four months in jail, all suspended and one year’s probation.

Ryan A. Malmborg, 26, Fort Kent: criminal simulation, filed on $400 costs.

Lawrence Maresca, 42, Fort Kent: negotiating a worthless instrument, dismissed.

Dustin D. McGillan, 24, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, $250 fine; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.

Benjamin A. Monteith, 27, Caribou: unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine and six months in jail; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, 30 months in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.

Keith A. Nightingale, 41, Fort Fairfield: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.

Michael James Parker, 22, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine and three months in jail; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in jail, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.

Brandy Joan Pelkey, 33, Presque Isle: misuse of identification, six months in prison; burglary, eight years in prison, all but four years suspended, three years’ probation and $5,755.17 restitution; unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $500 fine and six months in prison; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in prison.

Brittany Pelletier, 20, Holden: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 18 days in jail, two years’ probation and $1,200 restitution.

Thomas D. Pickance, Sr., 47, Blaine: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.

Joseph D. Rich, 39, Newbury, Fla.: unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.

Dean K. Saucier, 54, Scarborough: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine.

Pauline M. Sherwood, 57, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, two months, 15 days in jail and probation revoked; and domestic violence assault, six months in jail.

Robert Sherwood, 63, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 14 days in jail; OUI-no test, one prior, $700 fine, six months in jail, all but 14 days suspended, one year’s probation and three years’ license and registration suspension; OUI, one prior, seven days in jail, three years’ license and registration suspension; and operating while license suspended or revoked (two counts), $250 fine (each).

Jason Sloan, 36, Petersborough, N.H.: domestic violence stalking, filed on $200 costs.

Jamie J. Sneddon, 27, Sanford: probation violation, five months in jail and probation revoked.

Christopher K. St. Germain, 43, Pittsfield: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Robert E. St. Peter, Jr., 40, Presque Isle: tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed.

Brandon C. Sutherland, 27, Easton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 15 days in jail and $250 restitution.

Jerry A. Swimm, 40, Bangor: domestic violence assault, priors, dismissed; and violating condition of release, 45 days in jail.

Dylan P. Tompkins, 22, Easton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, three years in prison, all but 90 days suspended and two years’ probation; burglary of a motor vehicle, 90 days in jail; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and five days in jail.

Brenna A. Wakeling, 20, Presque Isle: criminal trespass and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine (each).

Lee S. Winship, 29, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.

Edward J. Wood, III, 34, Fort Fairfield: criminal mischief, five days in jail and $252.75 restitution.

Robert J. Wright, 21, Fort Fairfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, three years in prison, all but 90 days suspended and two years’ probation.
