Library ready to tea-off for 100th Birthday

Staff members at the Caribou Public Library  invite area residents to join them at the library on Thursday, Jan. 27 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. when they will be hosting a National Hot Tea Month Celebration.

Diane Dubois, library director encourages everyone to come and celebrate one of natures’ most popular, soothing and relaxing beverages. Staff members will be dressed in period attire during this afternoon event in commemoration of the library’s 100th anniversary being celebrated this year.

A display of new books will be available as well as tea and an array of desserts.

“We invite everyone to come in from the cold and warm up to a new book and a cup of hot tea,” said Dubois.
