CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of October 2010.

Kenneth L. Adams, Sr., 52, Caswell: domestic violence assault, 60 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; operating under the influence-no test, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension; theft by deception, 90 days in jail; forgery, two years in jail, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation, $2,100 restitution; operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI and eluding an officer, dismissed (each).

Patrick Bailey, 27, Canaan: aggravated assault, 10 years in prison, all but eight years suspended, three years’ probation and $167,964.41 restitution.

Danna J. Beaulieu, 29, Presque Isle: burglary (five counts), dismissed (each); unlawful possession of scheduled drug and unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed (each); and theft by deception, dismissed.

Steven W. Benn, 43, Fort Fairfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $800 fine, three years in prison, all but 20 days suspended and two years’ probation.

Jesse R. Boston, 27, Indian Township: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Dana Bouley, 41, Fort Kent: harassment by telephone, filed on $200 costs.

Douglas M. Collins, 48, Madawaska: burglary, dismissed.

Christopher Crider, 24, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, three years in prison, all but nine months one day suspended and two years’ probation.

Jason L. Crouch, 33, Presque Isle: assault, $500 fine, 30 days in jail and $6,500 restitution.

Real Deschaine, 60, St. David: using artificial light to illuminate wild animals, $1,000 fine; and night hunting, filed without costs.

Joshua D. Dunn, 23, Presque Isle: probation violation, 13 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Samantha L. Fuller, 33, Caribou: criminal trespass, 11 months in jail, all suspended, and one year’s probation; and stealing drugs, 11 months in jail, all but 92 days suspended and one year’s probation.

Fredrich J. Gehringer, 43, Van Buren: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.

Louise Gillespie, 80, Grand Falls, N.B.: failing to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury, $250 fine.

Zane A. Grant, 62, Presque Isle: forgery, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail, all suspended, 200 hours’ community service.

Ricky A. Hickox, 50, Fort Fairfield: illegal possession of firearm, dismissed.

Jessey M. Kennedy, 21, Fort Fairfield: criminal trespass, criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 15 days in jail (each); and burglary, dismissed.

Jeaudi W. Landry, 27, Presque Isle: unlawful sexual contact, dismissed; and assault, $300 fine, nine months in jail, all suspended and one-year probation.

Chad R. Leighton, 30, Caswell: terrorizing (two counts), 14 months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation and $6,864 restitution (first), 30 days in jail (second).

Michael A. Libby, 41, Limestone: probation violation, 14 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

William Lima, 22, Van Buren: operating while license suspended or revoked (three counts), dismissed (first), $250 fine (second and third); operating vehicle without license, dismissed; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 60 days in jail.

Cathy A. Martin, 44, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.

Alexander Merced, 36, Madawaska: criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, 18 months in prison, all but three months suspended, two years’ probation; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures and criminal mischief, 90 days in jail (each).

Ann M. Michaud, 35, Limestone: burglary, two years in prison, all but three months suspended, two years’ probation, $4,847 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three months in prison.

Dezsoc Moocz, 64, Chester, N.Y.: using artificial light to illuminate wild animals, $1,000 fine; and night hunting, filed without costs.

Paul T. Nichols, 42, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, six months in jail; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, three years in prison, all but one year suspended, two years’ probation and $36 restitution.

Lili Parady, 19, Fort Fairfield: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, dismissed.

Timothy E. Quint, Jr., 21, Hodgdon: violating condition of release, 21 days in jail.

Logan J. Rodzen, 21, Livermore Falls: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, filed on $1,000 costs.

Casey Daniel Ruest, 19, Madawaska: burglary (two counts), 60 days in jail (each); aggravated criminal mischief (two counts), 60 days in jail (first), two years in jail, all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation and $9,013 restitution (second); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 60 days in jail (each).

Aaron D. Schmidt, 43, Mars Hill: sexual abuse of a minor, four years in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation; violating condition of release and gross sexual assault, dismissed (each).

John E. Taylor, 40, Presque Isle: domestic violence criminal threatening, five years in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation; obstructing report of crime, 364 days in prison; domestic violence assault, five years in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation; and burglary, 10 years in prison, all but eight years suspended and three years’ probation.

Richard T. Taylor, Jr., 30, Woodland: violation of privacy, 30 days in jail; domestic violence stalking, priors (two counts), 30 months in prison, all but 120 days suspended, two years’ probation (first), 120 days in jail (second); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail; burglary, 120 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

Mark L. Thibodeau, 40, Van Buren: burglary, dismissed; violating condition of release, 60 days in jail and $500 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, 60 days in jail and $500 restitution.

Terry L. Weiss, 44, Presque Isle: negotiating a worthless instrument, dismissed.

Jason E. Willette, Sr., 34, Mapleton: domestic violence terrorizing, 364 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one year’s probation.

Gregory G. Adams, 49, Presque Isle: assault, $500 fine, nine months in jail and $9,951.43 restitution; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $500 fine and 364 days in prison (each); unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $500 fine, five years in prison, all but 18 months suspended, two years’ probation and $9,951.43 restitution; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 364 days in prison.

Mark A. Anderson, 42, New Sweden: operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension; and operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, 18 months in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.

William A. Baker, 30, Fort Kent: assault, $300 fine and two years in prison; and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, two years in prison.

Eric D. Blanchette, 29, St. Agatha: probation violation, probation partially revoked, probation continued, no sentence imposed.

Geary S. Bonville, 71, Presque Isle: criminal mischief and driving to endanger, filed on $500 costs (each).

Karon A. Boulier, 50, Presque Isle: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension; and OUI, dismissed.

Jeffrey B. Boyce, 42, Presque Isle: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Shane Lee Graves, 20, Fort Fairfield: criminal mischief, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 30 days in jail (first) and 60 days in jail (second); and violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.

Michael D. Gray, 25, Limestone: burglary, one year in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer; and criminal mischief, 30 days in jail (each).

Jesse D. Guyette, 25, Caribou: unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine, 24 months in prison, all but five months suspended and two years’ probation; and aggravated forgery, dismissed.

David S. Hafford, 32, Presque Isle: probation violation, 17 months, 26 days in prison and probation revoked.

Lucas D. Higgins, 23, Mapleton: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $400 fine.
