STUDENTS AND STAFF at Cornerstone Christian Academy in Presque Isle recently held a cereal drive. The school’s goal was to collect 100 boxes to assist Catholic Charities of Maine in their distribution of food boxes for the Thanksgiving through Christmas season. The school not only met its goal, but exceeded it by collecting 139 boxes. Grades pre-K-4 won the interschool competition and were awarded the “Golden Cereal Box Trophy” which is now on display in the first and second grade classroom.
