Tyler Anderson, 28, Mapleton: aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; and operating under the influence, $900 fine, seven days in jail and 90-day license suspension.

Heidi R. Ayotte, 25, Presque Isle: OUI, $1,100 fine, 14 days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.

Melissa A. Ayotte, 29, West Townsend, Mass.: domestic violence assault, $300 fine.

Vernon D. Baker, 33, Allagash: assault, not guilty.

Steven Berthiaume, 30, Fort Fairfield: assault, $500 fine.

Troy Blier, 23, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Daniel J. Bouchard, 36, Caribou: probation violation, probation continued, no sentence imposed.

Kara M. Bouchard, 23, Madawaska: burglary (two counts), 14 days in jail (first) and two years in prison, all but 14 days suspended, two years’ probation, $11,333 restitution and 1,000 hours’ community service (second); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), 14 days in jail (each); aggravated criminal mischief (two counts), 14 days in jail (each); forgery, 14 days in jail; criminal mischief (two counts), 14 days in jail (each); and failing to control or report a dangerous fire, 14 days in jail.

Alan E. Boulier, 52, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.

Brooks Brewer, 29, Mars Hill: disorderly conduct, $300 fine and domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Adam D. Brown, 23, Presque Isle: failing to make oral or written accident report, $400 fine; operating vehicle without license, dismissed; OUI (two counts), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension (first); and dismissed (second).

Preston E. Brown, 25, Caribou: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail; OUI, no test, one prior, $700 fine, 30 days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.

Larry R. Churchill, 43, Woodland: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; and OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.

Ricardo Colon, 23, Presque Isle: aggravated assault, two years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation; failing to appear after bailed, 48 hours in jail; OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; and operating vehicle without license, $250 fine.

John A. Coppolino, Jr., 50, Mapleton: OUI, three-plus priors, $2,100 fine, five years in prison, all but two years suspended, two years’ probation and six years’ license and registration suspension; and operating after habitual offender revocation, three priors, $1,000 fine and two years in prison.

Colleen M. Curtis, 26, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail and $250 restitution; and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.

Michael Davis, 22, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.

Joshua R. Doody, 20, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (five counts), seven months in jail (first, second and fifth), 30 months in prison, all but seven months suspended, two years’ probation and $4,512.82 restitution (third), and six months in jail (fourth).

Todd A. Doody, Jr., 21, Ashland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (five counts), six months in jail (first); nine months in jail (second, third and fifth); and three years in prison, all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation and $4,512.82 restitution (fourth).

Denise Dube, 41, Van Buren: negotiating a worthless instrument, three days in jail, $668 restitution and 50 hours’ community service.

Dustin Eastman, 24, Ashland: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; violating condition of release (two counts), 48 hours in jail (first) and 85 days in jail (second); unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine, 14 months in prison, all but 85 days suspended and one-year probation; and domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail.

Sonja Engstrom, 35, Caribou: endangering welfare of a child, no health care, six months in jail.

Katie A. Farris, 29, Ashland: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $200 fine; and assault, dismissed.

Blease D. Faulkner, 35, Bonneau, S.C.: driving to endanger, dismissed; and criminal mischief, $1,500 fine.

Robert J. Fieler, 31, Presque Isle: burglary (three counts), 90 days in jail (each); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), 30 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation and $7,464.60 restitution (first), and 90 days in jail (second and third).

Michael A. Fisher, 28, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (four counts), 150 days in jail (first), 10 days in jail (second and third), 60 days in jail (fourth); false public alarm or report (two counts), 150 days in jail (first), 60 days in jail (second); aggravated criminal mischief, 18 months in prison, all but 150 days suspended, two years’ probation, $2,836.22 restitution; domestic violence stalking, priors, dismissed; violating protective order, 150 days in jail; trafficking in prison contraband, nine months in jail, all suspended, one year probation, $2,836.22 restitution; criminal trespass, 60 days in jail; and misuse of E-9-1-1 system, 60 days in jail.

Brock Frederick Good, II, 43, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence terrorizing, 30 days in jail; and domestic violence stalking, 11 months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, and two years’ probation.

Zane A. Grant, 62, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail, all suspended, and 200 hours’ community service.

Jaime D. Hafford, 25, St. Francis: driving to endanger, dismissed.

Jeff V. Hartley, 22, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 70 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

Juanita Hodshon, 75, Presque Isle: OUI, dismissed.

Andrew Hunt, 25, Limestone: criminal forfeiture of property, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs and OUI, dismissed (each).

Lester P. Jandreau, 56, Mapleton: domestic violence assault and violating condition of release, dismissed (each); and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine.

John Johnston, 44, Caribou: illegal possession of firearm, $1,000 fine.

Penny R. Jones, 36, Woodland: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine.

Richard A. Keaton, Sr., 54, Caribou: sexual abuse of minor, $500 fine, 60 months in prison, all but 30 months suspended, two years’ probation; furnishing liquor to a minor, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.

Charles Kirk, 21, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, 30 days in jail, all suspended, $534 restitution; burglary, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail, all suspended, $534 restitution.

John P. Langille, Sr., 52, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.

Richard A. Larsen, III, 24, Bangor: probation violation, 30 months in prison, probation revoked; domestic violence terrorizing and domestic violence assault, one year in prison (each).

Scott Leavitt, 48, Fort Fairfield: fraudulently obtaining license or permit, $250 fine, unsworn falsification, dismissed; and illegal possession of firearm, $1,000 fine.

Sean R. Levasseur, 27, Mars Hill: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $2,500 fine and nine months, one day in prison (first) and $2,500 fine, seven years in prison, all but nine months one day suspended, three years’ probation and 250 hours’ community service (second).

Casie M. Levesque, 28, Madawaska: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; and unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $1,000 fine, two years in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation.

Ralph D. Levesque, Jr., 23, Blaine: operation of defective vehicle, $200 fine; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, $250 fine.

Casandra M. Little, 21, Caribou: burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail; unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 10 days in jail; theft by receiving stolen property, $500 fine; and violating condition of release, dismissed.

Adam D. Lombard, 26, Van Buren: unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed; falsifying physical evidence, 90 days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, 18 months in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation; and OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.

Jonathan Lopez, 25, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; and violating condition of release, dismissed.

Ernest R. Lovely, 68, Chapman: criminal mischief, dismissed.

Kyle E. Lyford, 22, Presque Isle: probation violation, five days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Garnet Madden, 21, Fort Kent: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two year in jail, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation and $1,286 restitution; and operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.

Linda R. Malenfant, 63, Caribou: forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed (each).

Brad J. Marquis, 27, Eagle Lake: operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors, $1,000 fine and nine months, one day in prison; OUI, two priors, $1,100 fine, 30 months in prison, all but nine months one day suspended, two years’ probation, six years’ license and registration suspension, $237 restitution; and criminal mischief, six months in jail.

Rino J. Marquis, 53, Sinclair: domestic violence assault, filed without costs.

Michael H. Martin, 46, Caribou: operating after habitual offender revocation (two counts), $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail (each); and violating condition of release, 100 hours’ community service.

Joseph O. McDougal, Jr., 25, Presque Isle: probation violation, nine months in jail and probation revoked.
