CARIBOU – Warren C. Bouchard, 90, husband of the late Anna (Martin) Bouchard, died December 4, 2010, at Caribou following a long illness. He was born at Caribou, June 19, 1920, the son of Joseph and Louise (Bouchard) Bouchard. Warren served with the US Army during WWII and was a Pearl Harbor survivor. He was a self-employed painter in the Caribou area for several years until his retirement. Warren was a member of the Parish of the Precious Blood Holy Rosary Catholic Church; a life member of the Lister-Knowlton Post #9389 VFW and the Henry B. Pratt Post #15 American Legion. He was also a member of the Pearl Harbor Survivor Association; the Combat Infantrymen’s Association and was a Guadalcanal Campaign Veteran.
He is survived by one son, Wayne Bouchard of Springfield, Vt.; three daughters, Carol Hynek and her husband, Donald of Va.; Natalie Campos and her husband, Armando of Maricopa, Ariz. and Janice Jones of Saucier, Miss.; one sister, Gloria Martin and her husband, Wilfred of Caribou; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Patricia Fraser.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, December 9, 2010, at the Parish of the Precious Blood Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Caribou.
