Pony Patch riders win awards
Horseback riding at “Pony Patch” with Nancy Pytlak in Presque Isle saw some talented riders. We all learned a little more about horses than just riding – a horse can have this little extra spark that can touch your heart. A few riders were able to take part in trail rides with me and even participated in some of the local horse shows.
Our awards banquet was held on Aug. 20. Awards were given to young riders for various levels of ability.
Our young buckaroo riders earning ribbons were: Angel Parsons, Jillian Zeigler, Jorja Maynard, Callie Junkins, Mia Brewer, James Cherrier, Joseph Bicknell, Charlie Peers, Ethan Parsons, Nate Kornachuck, Jasmine Berry and Harley Simon.
