CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of July.
Lynsey R. Holland, 23, Belfast: stealing drugs, $400 fine and 10 days in jail.
Carlton E. Jackson, Jr., 41, Woodland: illegal possession of firearm, dismissed.
Gerald P. Kinney, Jr., 47, Caribou: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, six months in jail, all but seven days suspended, one years’ probation and three-year license and registration suspension.
Jeremy Laflamme, 27, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, 10 days in jail and $3,174.88 restitution.
Daniel L. Leavitt, 42, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, (four counts), 90 days in jail (first, second and fourth), three years in prison, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation and $100 restitution (third); and criminal trespass, 90 days in jail.
Kelly D. Leger, 40, Presque Isle: probation violation, probation continued, no sentence imposed.
Joshua Lewin, 27, Ashland: probation violation, probation continued, no sentence imposed and violating protective order, $200 fine.
Tyler P. Maynard, 21, Washburn: probation violation, 14 months in prison, probation revoked.
Erica N. McNinch, 28, Mars Hill: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, six months in jail; and aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, nine months in jail.
Randy D. Norsworthy, 54, Presque Isle: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, 10 days in jail and three-year license and registration suspension.
Lili Parady, 19, Fort Fairfield: operating vehicle without a license, dismissed.
Arnold E. Robinson, 49, Presque Isle: probation violation, six years in prison, probation revoked.
Leane M. Saucier, 28, Eagle Lake: stealing drugs, filed on $500 costs.
Shannon L. Swanson, 30, South Portland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, no sentence imposed.

Amanda L. Adams, 20, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $600 fine and five days in jail; and assault, $300 fine and five days in jail.
Earl D. Bates, III, 37, Presque Isle: assault, 90 days in jail.
Lauren N. Burke, 45, Milford: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Meagan L. Charette, 21, Fort Kent: assault, filed on $100 costs.
Leo N. Corriveau, 80, Presque Isle: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, dismissed; criminal threatening, $1,000 fine; and violating condition of release, dismissed.
Alexis F. Cote, 66, Sinclair: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; and abuse of property while hunting, dismissed.
Krystle M. Gagnon, 31, Fort Kent: burglary, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five days in jail.
Misty R. Hafford, 26, Chapman: violating condition of release, 15 days in jail.
Abraham T. Haile, 26, Portland: stealing vehicle registration plates, $175 fine; failure to register vehicle, $150 fine; and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $1,000 fine.
George H. Hallyburton, II, 31, Mars Hill: probation violation, five days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Eric S. Harvey, 26, Mapleton: assault, filed on $300 costs.
Robbi J. Hill, 31, Houlton: obstructing government administration, filed on $500 costs.
Taylor A. Inman, 24, Mars Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, dismissed; and driving to endanger, $700 fine, 48 hours in jail and 30-day license suspension.
Larry J. Long, 55, Fort Kent: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, dismissed; and reckless conduct, $500 fine.
Anthony M. Ouellette, 24, Caribou: burglary, dismissed; and criminal trespass, $250 fine.
Kenneth J. Powers, 55, Caribou: eluding an officer, dismissed; and motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, $500 fine.
Earl Simpson, 61, Swanville: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, filed on $100 costs.
Christopher K. St. Germain, 42, Pittsfield: probation violation, no sentence imposed.
Lyn C. Tarbox, 42, Caribou: failing to comply with sex offender registration act, third offense, dismissed.
Karen Lynn Thibodeau, 38, Presque Isle: burglary, two years in prison, all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation and $6,018.17 restitution; misuse of identification and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in prison (each).
Lucas Shane Wolery, 51, Caribou: terrorizing, nine months in jail and one year probation; aggravated assault, dismissed; and domestic violence assault, six months in jail, all suspended, one year probation.
