Fredrich J. Gehringer, 43, Van Buren: unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed.
Peter P. Greenier, 47, Presque Isle: criminal threatening, $500 fine and 30 days in jail, all suspended.
Joshua J. Bobbi-Jo Johnston, 29, Fort Fairfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $2,000 fine, four years in prison, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation and 100 hours of community service (first) and $600 fine and 30 days in jail (second).
Douglas J. Kelly Jr., 27, Allagash: criminal trespass and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed on $100 costs (each).
Jessey M. Kennedy, 21, Fort Fairfield: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, dismissed and violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Harrison R. Kilpatrick, 23, Limestone: stealing drugs, dismissed and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine and 48 hours in jail.
David S. Kotsikoros, 27, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of oxycodone (two counts), $400 fine and one year in prison (first) and five years in prison, all but one year suspended, two years’ probation; and violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.
Adam P. James A. Bates, 33, Presque Isle: gross sexual assault (two counts), 10 years in prison, all but nine months suspended, four years’ probation (first), dismissed (second), and unlawful sexual contact, dismissed.
Tasha Arleene Bourgoin, 27, Madawaska: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed on $100 costs.
Christopher L. Brown, 22, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 84 days in jail (each); unlawful possession of oxycodone, 84 days in jail; burglary, 18 months in prison, all but 84 days suspended, two years’ probation, $1,697 restitution and 200 hours’ community service; and violating condition of release, 84 days in jail.
Hilary Rachel Bush, 22, Presque Isle: violating condition of release and hindering apprehension or prosecution, dismissed (each).
Kevin W. Campbell, 44, Fort Fairfield: reckless operation of ATV and failure to operate ATV at prudent speed, 30 days in jail (each); operating ATV under the influence and passenger under 21, $400 fine, one year in prison, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation and $15,000 restitution.

Jerry B. Clavette, 19, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), dismissed (first) and $500 fine (second).
Crystal M. Doherty, 27, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine and 72 days in jail; negotiating a worthless instrument, dismissed; and theft by deception, 18 months in jail, all but 72 days suspended, two years’ probation and $4,565.82 restitution.
Jason Dunham, 41, South Easton, Mass.: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 30 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended and two years’ probation.
Kristopher Ellis, 33, Alton: operating under the influence, three-plus priors, $2,100 fine, five years in prison, all but two years suspended, two years’ probation and 10-year license and registration suspension; operating after habitual offender revocation, three priors, $1,000 fine and two years in prison; and failing to stop for officer, dismissed.
