Kitchen Talk: Small kitchen, big results

    When you are working with a professional kitchen designer, as with this project, you can see even very small kitchens can be made into an amazing kitchen. With this new kitchen, the area becomes larger and more spacious by opening it up into the dining room. This made both rooms seem much larger, and also brought the natural light from the large dining room window into the kitchen by way of the new open pass through. Simply opening it up the right way does the trick!
    If it were opened too much, valuable wall space that was needed to place the required appliances would have lost. To make the kitchen more efficient, the kitchen designer was able to customize the dishwasher and the roll out shelf pantry into one unit.
    When finished, this kitchen came out fully functional and beautiful. Now while the cook is working, friends or family can be sitting up at the bar stools having coffee, lunch or doing homework. Everyone is now totally in touch while staying out of the way of the kitchen cook.
    So remember, it’s not how big the kitchen space is, it’s how it is designed that is important. When you are planning your project, that’s what will give your kitchen reno the “WOW-factor”.
