The Caribou Middle School girls soccer team completed its 2010 season with a 6-1-2 record, good enough to achieve a tie as league champions along with the Presque Isle Blue squad.

CMS earned league victories this season over Houlton (three), PI White (two) and PI Blue (one). The team also tied both PI squads. CMS also had a pair of exhibition games over both Madawaska and Fort Fairfield while losing to and tying Fort Kent. The Vikings compiled an overall record of 10-2-3.
Seventh-grader Molly Adams, who scored eight goals this season, led the team offensively. Also scoring goals this season were eighth-graders Erin Patton, Karina Patterson, Danielle Greenier, Emma Jandreau, Abby Theriault, Sarah Doak, Madison Doody, Katie Pelletier and Chelsea Haney. Besides Adams, other seventh -graders who scored goals were Eileen Patton and Sara Boyer.
The defense was led by seventh-grade goalie Jillian Flynn. She did an outstanding job in goal this season, achieving six shutouts on her way to nine wins this year. Teammates that also contributed to a solid defensive effort were Morgan Outing, Emilee Susi, Eileen Patton, Erin Patton and Sarah Doak.
Rounding out the team is Lyndsay Rowland, Haley Caron, Maggie Cyr, Jenson Jones, Charlie Bergin, Makayla Bouchard and Jenna Boucher. This season’s managers were Justice Flannery and Taitum Lindsey.
The Vikings were coached by Ryan Deprey.
