The president of the Easton Kiwanis Club, Mike Allen, and the treasurer, his wife, Loris, entertained the members of the Kiwanis Club along with several members of the Presque Isle Kiwanis Club and friends of the club at a steak and chicken barbeque recently at the Allens’ home. Jeremy Corey, a new member, manned the grill while Jimmy Kennedy tended the steaks. Loris provided the potatoes, peas, green salad and two delicious desserts. After the meal Mike thanked all those people, members and friends who have helped with all the fundraising projects put on this year, especially the two booths at the Presque Isle fair. Needless to say no one went home hungry.
