CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of May.
Michael O. Cronin, 28, Presque Isle: gross sexual assault (two counts), $1,000 fine, eight years in prison all but 12 months suspended, three years’ probation, $1,804 restitution and 250 hours of community service, (first) dismissed (second).
Nolan A. Cunningham, 26, Washburn: escape, nine months in jail, robbery and obstructing report of crime, dismissed (each), burglary, $500 fine, 30 months in jail all but nine months suspended and two years’ probation.
Roderick K. Cyr, 50, Portage: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three-year license and registration suspension.
Jason Davenport, 37, Fort Kent: violating condition of release, 90 days in jail, reckless conduct, $500 fine and 12 months in prison all but five months suspended, aggravated assault, dismissed.
Stephen D. Davenport Jr., 22, Presque Isle: false registration of deer and unsworn falsification, dismissed (each).
Stephen P. Davenport, 55, Presque Isle: hunting deer after having killed one, $1,000 fine and three days in jail.
James DeMerchant, 51, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, night hunting, $1,000 fine and three days in prison.
Danny J. Deprey, 25, Fort Kent: criminal simulation, dismissed.
Jason Dunham, 41, Madawaska: violating condition of release, dismissed, operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $250 costs.
Aaron C. Dyer, 25, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (two counts), 90 days in jail (first), 30 days in jail (second), burglary (three counts), 18 months in jail all but 90 days suspended and two years’ probation (first), 90 days in jail (second and third), theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 90 days in jail (each), assault, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
Michael T. Easterling, 21, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison all but five months 20 days suspended, two years’ probation, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Jacqueline M. Ecker, 62, Madawaska: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail all but 10 days suspended and $132,000 restitution.
Judith E. Edmunds, 56, Presque Isle: domestic violence reckless conduct, filed on $66 costs, domestic violence terrorizing, and criminal mischief, filed on $67 costs (each).
Joseph A. Engebretson, 32, Wallagrass: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, four years in prison all but one year suspended and two years’ probation.
Norris R. Frost, 26, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 72 hours in jail.
Madeline Gauvin, 21, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 18 days in jail and $330 restitution, criminal trespass, 18 days in jail, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Thomas A. Gray, 24, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
David Green, 31, Lewiston: violating protective order, filed on $150 costs.
Gerard Guimond, 63, Fort Fairfield: assault, $1,000 fine.
Jeffrey B. Guiou, 48, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, filed on $500 costs.
Misty R. Hafford, 26, Chapman: violating condition of release, $250 fine, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.

Christopher J. Johndro, 22, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, filed on $400 costs.
Charles Kirk, 20, Presque Isle: stealing drugs, 15 months in prison all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and $2,531.48 restitution, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, misuse of identification, violating condition of release, 30 days in jail (each).
Ricky M. Labreck, 49, Limestone: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours and 90-day license suspension, carrying concealed weapon, dismissed.
Terry J. Lapointe, 64, Mapleton: aggravated criminal mischief (two counts) and burglary (two counts), dismissed (each).
Sharron M. Lavoie, 36, Caribou: assault, $300 fine and 10 days in jail all suspended.
John A. Levesque, 41, Fort Fairfield: using artificial light to illuminate wild animals, $1,000 fine, night hunting, dismissed.

Nathan C. Manning-Harris, 25, Presque Isle: burglary, six months in jail.
Wayne M. Marquis, 56, Van Buren: burning without permit and burning prohibited material, filed on $125 costs (each).
Joshua A. Martin, 22, Caribou: burglary (two counts), dismissed (first), two years in prison all but 300 days suspended, two years’ probation (second), terrorizing, 30 days in prison, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail and $900 restitution, violating condition of release, 30 days in prison.

Rebecca Nickerson-Cote, 20, Fort Fairfield: theft by receiving stolen property, 30 days in jail and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
Bobby L. Nightingale, 28, Portland: burglary, four years in prison and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, three years in prison and $2,020.96 restitution.
Randy R. Norris, 40, Westfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 48 hours in jail and OUI, $600 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Jason M. Ouellette, 26, Caribou: operating after habitual offender revocation, three priors, filed on $790 costs and operating while license suspended or revoked, $1,000 fine.
Richard J. Ouellette, 68, Connor Twp.: passing stopped school bus, filed on $250 costs.
Brandon G. Pinchott, 22, Mapleton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release, dismissed (each).
