MMA, Job Corps helps Red Cross

LIMESTONE — Students of the Loring Job Corps (LJC) Center recently volunteered their time to help coordinate a blood drive at the Maine Military Authority (MMA).

MMA employees donated a total of 47 points of blood to the American Red Cross on Aug. 27. Earlier that week, LJC students coordinated their own Red Cross blood drive at the Job Corps Center, which produced 93 pints of blood for a total of 134 pints.
