SUPERIOR COURT
CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of May.
Roger D. Burby, Jr., 26, Ashland: violating condition of release, dismissed, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, (two counts), five months in jail (first) and 36 months in prison all but 12 months suspended, two year probation (second), illegal possession of firearm, five months in prison, violating condition of release, five months in prison.
Dustin R. Cameron, 20, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, withdrawn.
Shawn C. Campbell, 21, Caribou: domestic violence assault, priors, 18 months in prison all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation.
Bryan L. Caron, 28, Chapman: assault, dismissed, disorderly conduct, fighting, $300 fine.
David E. Churchill Jr., 26, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed, violating condition of release, $500 fine.
Dennis H. Clark, 25, Ashland: assault, dismissed, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.
Heather Cochran, 31, Caribou: unlawful possession of Oxycodone, $400 fine, three years in prison all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Clinton K. Condon, 50, Portage Lake: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension, operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $100 costs.
Corey J. Conroy, 25, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Leo N. Corriveau, 80, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Raymond L. Corriveau, Jr., 43, Frenchville: OUI, no test, $600 fine, 96 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, $400 fine and seven days in jail.
Lisa M. Cote, 45, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine, misuse of identification, $200 fine.
