Water exercise classes offered in PI

    The Presque Isle Indoor Pool offers three types of water exercise classes for adults.
    Shallow Water Aerobics  includes calisthenics style movements with variations of upper and lower body resistive moves. This class is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10-10:50 a.m. and Wednesday from 6-6:50 p.m. 

    Deep water exercise class is the ultimate “no impact” workout and meets Monday and Wednesday from 4-4:50 p.m. or Saturday from 9-9:50 a.m.
    Aqua Zumba is a water fitness class and is a great form of low-impact exercise, especially for those with arthritis and for those who are overweight, or recovering from injury. Aqua Zumba allows you to get a great workout but also makes it fun. The class is held Monday from 6-6:50 p.m. Call the indoor pool at 764-2564 for more information.
