Gregory C. Adams, 48, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail, possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
Dustin Badger, 18, Fort Fairfield: operating vehicle without license, $200 fine, operating under the influence, $500 fine, five days in jail and 90-day license suspension, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five days in jail.
Andrew R. Bellamy, 20, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $32 restitution and filed for six months.
Lyman R. Botting, Jr., 67, Mount Chase: failing to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Crystal Branch, 24, Limestone: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Adam D. Brown, 23, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Jordan T. Buck, 20, Mapleton: unlawful use of license, $150 fine.
Leighton E. Burby, 25, Ashland: operating unregistered ATV, $100 fine.
John Burchett, 41, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Dustin R. Cameron, 20, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, not guilty.
Ronald S. Campbell, 64, Castle Hill: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 60-day license suspension.
Trisha L. Carmichael, 35, Fort Fairfield: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
Wayne Chasse, 26, Westfield: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
Alesia K. Connors, 22, Mapleton: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension, failing to stop, remain, provide information, filed on $200 costs.
Bryan F. Coolidge, 21, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and $50 restitution, burglary of a motor vehicle, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Stuart L. Cray, Jr., 27, Mapleton: operating unregistered ATV, $100 fine.
Jeffrey M. Curtis, 29, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Ashley L. Dahlgren, 19, Caribou: criminal trespass, 24 hours in jail.
Christopher A. Devoe, 26, Hermon: criminal trespass, $200 fine.
Noel L. Dow, 24, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.
Travis A. Drake, 27, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Jason E. Eldridge, 26, Fort Fairfield: fugitive from justice, extradiction waived.
Mark A. Farley, 32, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
Johnathan Goding, 23, Washburn: assault, dismissed.
Brandon Greaves, 25, Littleton: violating condition of release, filed on $300 costs, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, filed on $300 costs.
Hillspring Farms, Ltd., Beechwood, N.B.: violating fuel tax licensing or reporting, $250 fine.
Allison R. Ireland, 32, Mars Hill: negotiating a worthless instrument (two counts), $150 fine (each), $313.06 restitution (first), $283.96 restitution (second).
Matthew L. Ireland, 40, Bangor: criminal mischief, $250 fine and $850 restitution, driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
Erika Johanson, 28, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, $200 fine and $312.78 restitution, OUI, one prior, dismissed.
