Dale C. Allen, Sr., 63, of Manchester, Conn., died Thursday, December 10, 2009, at New York Presbyterian Hospital, New York. He was born February 23, 1946, in Buffalo NY. Dale enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, and in his later years, he enjoyed riding his Harley.
He is survived by his wife Diane Dodd Allen (formerly of Caribou); son Dale C Allen Jr. and his wife Elaine of East Hartford, Conn.; his granddaughter Rachel Allen of Hartford Conn; two brothers Gary Allen and his wife Barbara of Avoca N.Y.; Dean Allen of Fresno Calif.; and his nephew Mark Allen of Bath NY.
A memorial service will be held at the Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, in Caribou, August 16, 2010, at 11 a.m., with Rev Mike Doody presiding.
