HOULTON – The following cases were heard in the District Court in Houlton during the month of June, 2010.
Tammy Alexander, 29, Houlton: assault, $300 fine and 24 hours in jail.
Daniel L. Austin, 39, Smyrna: passing stopped school bus, $300 fine and 30-day license suspension.
Christopher W. Boyce, 39, Bridgewater: ATV noise and fire control violation, $100 fine.
Timothy A. Bracey, 52, Silver Ridge: criminal mischief, filed without costs.
Tonya A. Burnham, 21, Houlton: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise and criminal trespass, 24 hours in jail (each).
Carol Cromwell, 35, Ludlow: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
Joseph Degenhardt, 20, Houlton: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension and minor possessing liquor, dismissed.
Eric Dobbins, 30, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine and 30 days in jail (each), violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Ricky Drake, 51, Houlton: violating protective order, $500 fine.
Shane Allen Forbes, 34, Caribou: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
Sarah T. Forsythe, 29, Hodgdon: operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, dismissed.
Anthony P. Gonya, 43, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and five days in jail, exceeding bag limit on deer, $1,000 fine and 10 days in jail, possession of antlerless deer (two counts), $500 fine (first), dismissed (second), illegal transportation of animal or bird, dismissed.
Dustin A. Goodall, 22, Cary Plantation: attaching false plates, dismissed, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
Susan E. Grafton, 57, Houlton: terrorizing and violating condition of release (two counts), 50 days in jail (each).
Reginald Lewis Hall, 45, Cary Plantation: furnishing liquor to a minor, $500 fine and 14 days in jail, unlawful sexual touching and violation of privacy, 14 days in jail (each).
Jerry Hayes, 31, Haynesville: OUI, not guilty.
Tyler R. Hipsley, 27, Houlton: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Brett M. Horten, 29, Houlton: disorderly conduct, fighting, filed without costs.
Bridgette Ireland, 29, Haynesville: possession of marijuana, filed on $350 costs.
Kelly King, 31, Houlton: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
Michael A. Langlois, 50, Weston: criminal mischief, dismissed.
Daniel C. Marley, 24, Ludlow: domestic violence assault, nine months in jail all but seven days suspended and two years’ probation.
Andrew Marquis, 32, Fort Kent: unsworn falsification and violating condition of release, seven days in jail (each).
Taylor I. Martin, 20, Hodgdon: possession of marijuana, filed on $600 costs.
Kenneth McCrary, 20, Linneus: minor consuming liquor, 20 hours’ community service.
Francis A. Murray, III, 35, Bridgewater: failing to kindle in prudent manner, $500 fine.
Tammy Paquette, 35, Crystal: violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.
Travis J. Potter, 26, Wytopitlock: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, permanent transfer.
Kerry Quint, 31, Hodgdon: violating protective order, 90 days in jail all but 48 hours suspended and one year probation, domestic violence criminal threatening, dismissed, and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Gilbert M. Roy, 23, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine and 80 hours’ community service.
Kristi L. Sirois, 46, Houlton: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
John K. Small, 62, Houlton: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Tamara Strout, 40, Weston: criminal trespass, 24 hours in jail, driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension, and violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.
Lynn Edward Vandine, 56, Good Corner, N.B.: rule violation operating after disqualified, $500 fine.
Jesse Varney, 19, Houlton: criminal mischief, $468 restitution.
Holly Williams, 45, Monticello: driving to endanger, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, dismissed (each); OUI, $600 fine, five days in jail and 90-day license suspension; and assault, $300 fine.
