CARIBOU – The following cases were heard in the District Court in Caribou during the month of April, 2010.
Dale T. Adams, 54, Plymouth: rule violation, duty status not current, $250 fine.
Scott Beaulieu, 31, Madawaska: operating unregistered snowmobile, $100 fine.
Michael W. Boutote, 46, Washburn: operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, 12 days in jail and three-year license suspension.
Timothy Brown, 43, Chapman: failing to make oral or written accident report, $350 fine.
Roy Cloney, Jr., 42, Limestone: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed, operating while license suspended or revoked, one prior, $250 fine and OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three-year license suspension.
Robin D. Cobb, 37, Woodland: possession of antlerless deer and possession of unregistered deer, $500 fine (each).
Matthew R. Cocheran, 18, Caribou: minor possessing liquor, $100 fine.
Linda Connolly, 54, Perham: OUI, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Jeremy Cray, 23, Caribou: criminal mischief, $500 fine and $200 restitution.
Clifford Derry, 20, Caribou: assault, $300 fine.
Timothy Dewitt, 21, Fort Fairfield: operating unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.
Crystal M. Doherty, 26, Woodland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and burglary of a motor vehicle, 30 days in jail (first), 30 days in jail and $880 restitution (second).
Larry Drost, Jr., 21, Limestone: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
Shawn Dufour, 23, Caswell: OUI, dismissed.
Denise M. Dufresne, 37, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and 24 hours in jail.
Angela M. Durran, 34, Presque Isle: criminal trespass, filed without costs.
Craig A. Fay, 63, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, $500 fine.
April Flinta, 34, Limestone: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
Matthew A. Gagnon, 25, New Sweden: domestic violence assault, six months in jail all but 10 days suspended and one year probation.
Michael Eugene Gill, 52, Caribou: probation violation (two counts), 60 days in jail and probation revoked (first), 24 hours in jail (second).
Charles Green, 55, Caribou: assault, filed without costs.
Jessica Green, 21, Caribou: failing to stop, provide information, $150 fine.
Bryan Hallett, 22, Caribou: sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, dismissed (each).
Keith Jordan, 32, Castle Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
Allen Lambert, 58, Caribou: OUI, $750 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Ashley L. Lopez, 21, Caribou: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Neal M. Martin, 26, Sinclair: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
Ian McLauchlan, 22, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Matthew Mileto, 20, Limestone: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Timothy N. Rediker, 28, Presque Isle: using artificial light to illuminate wild animals, dismissed, and night hunting, $1,000 fine and 72 hours in jail.
Linwood L. Rushinal, Jr., 31, Wade: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
Ursula Salch, 22, Caribou: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Bradley Sam, 21, Caribou: operating vehicle without license, 24 hours in jail, and OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Ryan Schunemann, 23, Woodland: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
James Shade, 32, Limestone: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Ryan M. Simpson, 32, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Johnathan M. Smith, 36, Limestone: failing to register vehicle, 48 hours in jail.
Kenneth Trimble, 28, Bennington, Vt.: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
Harold E. Walker, 61, Fort Fairfield: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $200 fine.
Kenny J. Whitmore, 30, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
