To the editor:
There has been some concern about the “For Sale” signs recently placed in our store windows. Yes, indeed, the building itself it up for sale.
However, the Wintergreen Arts Center has a 10-year lease which is registered with the deed and must be honored under its current terms until 2019. The sale of the building should not impact Wintergreen Arts negatively.
We look forward to a long and happy stay here!
