A dedication ceremony was held at the Caribou Court House on Thursday, May 27, honoring Janet Bouchard, a Victim’s Advocate, who died suddenly May 14 of last year. These blossoms are from the Flowering Crabtree which will grace the lawn at the courthouse in her memory, near a large rock (already visible at the location) which will bear her name.
