Sponsorship opportunities available for Houlton Alumni Association reunion gala

HOULTON, Maine — The Houlton High School Alumni Association is offering a variety of sponsorship opportunities for businesses and individuals during the Multi-Class Reunion scheduled for July 4,-10.  Hundreds of former students are expect to visit the area with their families to enjoy this week-long celebration and to visit with former students still living in the area.  Businesses and individuals are invited to participate in the sponsorship opportunities which help fund these positive community events while getting promotion out to a large population.
Four levels of sponsorship are available to those interested. An A+ Sponsor is the $1,000 level. These sponsors will be featured on the Alumni web site prior to the event and until at least Sept. 10. They will receive a free full-page ad in the Alumni Newsletter which is a $500 value. They will be listed on signs that will be displayed at the Hospitality Center, Social, Variety Show, Golf Scramble and Gala Dinner Dance and will be featured on programs and in other publicity materials. Two A+ Sponsors – Elm Tree Diner/Elm Tree North and Dead River Company/Dead River Convenience – have already signed on.
The $500 level is a High Honors Sponsor.  These sponsors will also be featured on the Alumni web site with the A+ sponsors.  They will receive a free double ad in the Alumni Newsletter, which is a $110 value.  And, will be featured on signage and promotional materials similar to the A+ Sponsor.
The Honor Roll Sponsor is the $250 level which includes listing on the Alumni web site. These sponsors will receive a free ad in the Alumni Newsletter which is a $55 value and they will be listed on signage and promotional materials.  F.A. Peabody has already signed on as an Honor Roll Sponsor.
Hole Sponsorships for the Golf Scramble are also available for $100.  Each of these sponsors will be featured on signage at a hole on the course during the Golf Scramble and on signage at other events.  They will be listed on our web site & will be mentioned in the Alumni Newsletter.  Each sponsor also receives a free registration for 1 player for the Golf Scramble which is a $25 value.  James H. McPartland & Sons and Houlton Tire Company have already signed on as Hole Sponsors.
Those interested in sponsorship can send their checks payable to Houlton High School Alumni Association, P.O. The next planning meeting for the multi-class reunion is scheduled for Thursday, May 20 at 7 p.m. at the High School.  All interested are welcome to attend.
