The United Vets Motorcycle Club will hold their Teddy Bear Run on Sunday. Riders will leave the American Legion on Bangor Street at 10 a.m. sharp.
The Teddy Bear Run benefits Houlton Regional Hospital, TAMC and Cary Medical Center emergency room for children needing care.

The students at Wellington School in Monticello are collecting new and gently used stuffed animals for the local United Vets Motorcycle Club. First-grade student, Makaila Morrill decided to give many of her own animals to this worthy cause. The club will be holding their annual Teddy Bear Run on Sunday, May 16, distributing stuffed animals to the emergency rooms of hospitals throughout the County.
