SUPERIOR COURT
CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of January, 2010.
Ashley M. Theriault, 25, Caribou: aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $2,000 fine and two years in prison; OUI, $500 fine, 364 days in jail and 90-day license suspension; failure to give correct name, address or date of birth, six months in jail.
Michael J. Thibeault, 27, Presque Isle: burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 18 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation and $1,700 restitution.
Brett Thibodeau, 20, Bangor: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 24 months in prison and robbery, six years in prison, all but 24 months suspended and three years’ probation.
Trevor D. Thibodeau, 25, Bangor: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Ross A. Voisine, 28, Wallagrass: domestic violence assault, dismissed and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $400 fine.
