    Shirley Cyr, formerly of Houlton, died March 22 after a long illness.
    She was born in Littleton on July 1, 1926, the daughter of Delbert and Ethel Belyea.
    She was predeceased by her husband of 49 years, Earl Cyr.
    She leaves behind two daughters, Sonya Cook and Scarlett Taylor and several grandchildren.
    She was laid to rest in Fullerton, California beside her husband.
