Dr. Jennifer L. Clayton and Dr. Diego Martinez-Vasquez

    Dr. Jennifer L. Clayton & Dr. Diego Martinez-Vasquez are happy to announce their recent engagement.
    Jennifer, a 1998 graduate of Washburn District High School, is the daughter of Paul Clayton and Mary Jane LaBrecque of Washburn.
    Diego, a 1989 graduate of Colegio Jose Max Leon High School, is the son of Jose Martinez & Gloria Vaquez de Martinez of Bogota, Colombia.
    In 2002, Jennifer graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Pre-Med and in 2007, she received her doctorate of Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy. In 1995, Diego graduated from the Universidad el Bosque School of Medicine in Bogota, Colombia. He came to the USA in 1999 & began a fellowship/residency with Harvard University School of Medicine. In 2009, he received his Masters in Public Health/Preventive Medicine from Boston University. Currently, she is employed as a pharmacist and diabetes educator for Walgreens Pharmacy. He is employed as a Medical Director for Maryland General Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
    A destination wedding is planned for Aug. 8, 2010, at the Hotel Santa Clara in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. They will then honeymoon in the Greek Islands of Santorini and Mykonos.
