An Advanced Wastewater Topics workshop session will be held April 27, at the Meduxnekeag Ramblers Snowsled Club in Littleton. This session will be presented by the Division of Environmental Health, Subsurface Wastewater Unit staff, who will cover information in detail on how grades affect setback and separation distances; and treatment processes within an onsite sewage disposal system.
The session will include a discussion of an investigation in the autumn of 2009 of a sewage-related hepatitis A outbreak. Installers, designers, and regulators should find this course particularly beneficial. Please register before April 13 with the JETCC training coordinator, Leeann Hanson and reference course #J1026.
