Morris (Buddy), an approximately 2-year-old neutered male who has been leukemia tested and received his distemper and rabies shots,  is currently living in a Halfway Home Pet Rescue (HHPR) foster home. Morris has a great personality, and is eager to get along with other cats — male or female. He is eager to be loved and very clean about the house.  Morris is great with kittens and a very nice family pet for any household. He is curious and not at all fearful, but always respectful. Morris enjoys being outside but is very good about coming indoors immediately when called. His favorite place to nap is on a shelf in the bathroom and he prefers that his water dish is also on his favorite nap-shelf even through he also likes to drink out of the faucet. Morris prefers to go outside often to do his litter box business, but he will use a litter box in the cellar. Morris would very much like a home in the country or on a quiet residential street, and HHPR volunteers agree that he is a great guy!  His adoption fee is $40. For information about Morris or other HHRP cats, call 492-1722. Interested individuals can also visit Morris at the Happy Cat Adoption Fair from 1 to 3 p.m. on April 24 in the back section of the Expect More Dollar Store on Sweden Street in Caribou.
