    CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of February.
    Jeffrey B. Boyce, 41, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 12 months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one year’s probation, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and five days in jail.     Dacia Cayer, 34, Westfield: false public alarm or report, $2,000 fine.
    Edward Dunne, 42, Connor Twp.: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Dwight Fowler II, 30, Connor Twp.: aggravated assault, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, failure to give correct name, address or date of birth, failure to register vehicle and operating vehicle without license, dismissed (each).
    Michael A. Golding, 24, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 90 days in jail, all but 22 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Michael R. Haney, 43, Connor Twp.: criminal trespass (two counts), filed without costs (each).
    Sabrina M. Haney, 37, Connor Twp.: criminal trespass, (two counts), filed without costs (each).
    Seth E. Hastings, 24, Madawaska: assault, $300 fine, 10 days in jail and $4,878.26 restitution.
    Kari M. Howe, 22, Washburn: assault, $300 fine.
    Charles Kirk, 20, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, removed.
    Chad L. Lagasse, 32, Presque Isle: assault, dismissed.
    Dale L. Martin, 49, Van Buren: operating vehicle without license, condition/restriction, $1,000 fine.
    Clay A. McNamee, 30, Fort Kent: burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed (each).
    Kyle J. Morrill, 29, Presque Isle: burglary, dismissed, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail, dismissed, unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed, forgery, 30 days in jail, dismissed, criminal trespass, six months in jail, all but four months suspended and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
    Chad M. Morrow, 29, Limestone: operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, three-year license and registration suspension.
    Francis A. Murray Jr., 59, Mars Hill: assault, $300 fine and one year in prison, domestic violence criminal threatening, five years in prison, all but three years suspended, four years’ probation, domestic violence reckless conduct, three years in prison, violating condition of release and violating protective order, 90 days in jail (each).
    Carroll E. Nelson, III, 54, Middleton, N.H.: hunting or possession moose without permit, dismissed.
    Jason A. Parlin, 31, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, dismissed.
    Joshua M. Pelletier, 26, St. John Plt.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed on $300 costs.
    Daniel H. Rawding, 44, Westbrook: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 365 days in jail, all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation.
    Tracy L. Richardson, 30, Castle Hill: assault and criminal threatening, dismissed (each).
    Darci L. Sands, 21, Van Buren: disorderly conduct, fighting, filed on $100 costs.
    Bradley W. Sargent, 33, Mapleton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
    Mark J. Saucier, 24, Bangor: probation violation, nine days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Benjamin T. Sirois, 23, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine.
    Neil St. Amant, 36, Fort Fairfield: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
    Stacy L. White, 28, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, six months in jail, all but 72 hours suspended, one year’s probation.
    Matthew C. Wishnie, 22, Woodland: burglary, $500 fine, six months in jail and $30 restitution, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail.
    Lucas Wynn, 23, Chapman: criminal trespass, 39 days in jail.
