GRAND ENTRANCE

    Members of the Northern Maine Figure Skating Club perform in the opening number of Saturday afternoon’s Musical on Ice show at the Northern Maine Forum. Two shows were held Saturday, drawing large crowds to the Forum. Skaters are, front row from left, Sarah Sjoberg, Chelsey Carroll, Sarah Hebert, Abbey Player, Michaela Bragg and Carly Bell; and back, Lee Ireland, Katelyn White, Sedona Lucas, Mackenzie Beaulieu, Kimberly Cook and Ally Bell.

DUO

    Jim Tompkins and Cortney Rector perform a swing dance routine to “It Don’t Mean a Thing if it Ain’t Got That Swing.” 

POODLE POWER

    Kimberly Cook leaps into the air while skating the quickstep style to the music “We Go Together.” 

GLIDING

    Katelyn White glides across the ice while skating the Samba to “Jump in the Line” during the March 13 Musical On Ice, performed by the Northern Maine Figure Skating Club. Shows were held both in the afternoon and evening at the Forum.

BEAT IT

    Carly Bell performs a tribute to Michael Jackson by skating to the song, “Beat It,” complete with a white sequin glove during the March 13 show.

    One of the coaches for the Northern Maine Figure Skating Club, performs an acrobatic move on the ice. 

ON ICE

    Skating a contemporary number to the music of “Axel F” is Sarah Hebert. Her performance was part of the March 13 Musical On Ice.
