Caribou and Milbridge – Robert and Norma Thompson of Caribou are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Thompson to Chad Dorr. Chad is the son of Richard and Lynda Dorr of Milbridge. Stephanie is a 2003 graduate of Caribou High School and 2007 graduate of the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in Child Development & Family Relations. She is employed by Family First at Down East Community Hospital in Machias. Chad is a 1997 graduate from Narraguagus High School and 2001 graduate from Husson College with a bachelor’s degree in Business. Chad is employed by Dorr Lobster Company, Inc. in Milbridge.
A July 2010 wedding is planned on Bar Island in Milbridge.
