LIMESTONE — Deputy Chief at the Limestone Fire Department (LFD) David Beaulieu, 35, of Limestone became a firefighter in Limestone 17 years ago to help out the community. He joined the fire department because of his concerns for the safety of the community, and this farmer/Maine Military Authority supervisor now also worries greatly about the safety of his fellow firefighters when they battle blazes.
David has a son, Evan, and a wife, Bonnie; he also enjoys hunting is his free time.
A lot of hard work and dedication goes into being a firefighter, but Beaulieu has been — and continues to be — up for the challenge.
