The Eastern Aroostook RSU 39 Board of Education will be holding a public hearing tonight beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the superintendent’s building on South Main Street in Caribou. This hearing will take place prior to the regular RSU 39 board meeting and offers a chance for area farmers, parents and students to voice their concerns or thoughts regarding the annual harvest recess. This hearing is open to all area residents who are involved in the potato harvest in some manner.
