    CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of November, 2009.
    Shelley M. Bruey, 43, Fort Kent: operating under the influence-one prior, $1,100 fine, 30 days in jail and six years’ license suspension.     Michael A. Charm, 28, Presque Isle: probation violation, 15 months in prison, probation revoked.
    Lance L. Cormier, 27, Presque Isle: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, withdrawn.
    Mark S. Cyr, 36, Madawaska: operating after habitual offender revocation, filed without costs.
    Joel E. Dahl, 39, Masardis: operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one year license suspension.
    Hartley Damboise II, 48, Caribou: probation violation, five days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Michael R. Doughty, 35, Easton: OUI-two priors, $1,100 fine, one year in prison and four years’ license suspension; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $1,000 fine, three years, six months in prison all but one year, six months suspended and two years’ probation; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, six months in jail.
    David W. Dumond, 34, Caribou: probation violation, four years in prison, probation revoked; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors (two counts), five years in prison (both), $2,205 restitution (first), $2,500 restitution (second).
    Joshua D. Dunn, 22, Presque Isle: probation violation, 24 hours in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Edward Dunne, 42, New Sweden: eluding an officer, 24 months in prison with all but six months suspended and one years’ probation; OUI-no test, $600 fine, 96 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
    Aaron C. Dyer, 24, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior (two counts), $1,000 fine and six months in jail (each).
    Joshua J. Easler, 20, Mapleton: driving to endanger, filed on $350 costs.
    Diana Lynn Field, 42, Presque Isle: passing stopped school bus, dismissed.
    Nathan C. Fox, 23, Caribou: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Joseph B. Haines, Jr., 37, Presque Isle: probation violation, 70 days in jail, probation revoked; domestic violence assault and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed (first) and 70 days in jail (second).
    Michael Hoague, 24, Van Buren: probation violation, 10 months in prison, probation revoked and probation continued.
    Michael Hornick, 49, Woodland: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $2,000 fine and six months in jail.
    Joel J. Landry, 53, Saint Agatha: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, dismissed; theft by unauthorized use of property, 100 days in jail.
    Joseph J. Landry, 53, St. Agatha: aggravated criminal mischief, four years in prison with all but 100 days suspended, two years’ probation and $2,001 restitution.
    Jeffrey L. Lausier, 42, Caribou: probation violation, 14 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Lorraine N. Michaud, 41, Presque Isle: negotiating worth less instrument, 100 hours’ community service.
    Tom R. Murray, 29, Bangor: probation violation, 18 months in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Jeri R. Nightingale, 26, Ashland: misuse of identification and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail (each) and $521.04 restitution (first); probation violation, six months in jail, probation revoked.
    Corey Ouellette, 22, Woodland: criminal trespass, dismissed.
    Amy S. Pelkey, 25, Presque Isle: terrorizing, dismissed and assault, filed on $300 costs.
    Patrick W. Rodgerson, 28, Eddington: hindering apprehension or prosecution, filed on $500 costs.
    Rodney D. Saunders, 29, Limestone: disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, $400 fine; domestic violence assault, dismissed; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
    Stephen P. Shaw, 45, Easton: probation violation, probation continued, no sentence imposed.
    Ronald S. Simon, 55, Caribou: OUI-one prior, $700 fine, seven days in prison, 18 months’ license suspension; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $500 fine, six years in prison with all but 30 months suspended, two years’ probation; violating condition of release, assault and obstructing report of crime, six months in prison (each count) and $300 fine (second).
    Carl P. Thibeault, 29, Madawaska: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $1,000 fine, two years in prison with all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Jessie J. Tirrell, 20 Caribou: probation violation, 14 months in prison, probation revoked; burglary, three years in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation and $1,502.19 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail.
    Randy R. Violette, 41, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in jail with all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation and $5,980 restitution.
    James A. Walker, 31, Fort Fairfield: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
    Craig B. Walton, 24, Presque Isle: probation violation, nine months in jail and probation revoked.
    Ryan C. Young, 29, Caribou: burglary (two counts) dismissed (first), 18 months in prison and $825 restitution (second); criminal mischief (two counts), six months in jail (first) and 11 months in prison (second); criminal trespass, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 18 months in prison; aggravated forgery, four years in prison with all but 18 months suspended, two years’ probation and $1,890.40 restitution.
