The Maine State Chamber of Commerce will once again be sponsoring “Business Day” at the State Legislature in Augusta from 8 a.m. until noon on Tuesday, March 16. According to Chamber officials, given all of the issues before the legislature, it is very important to have good representation from all companies at this event. It is extremely important the Business community come together, talk with their legislators and have a presence in the State House.

Caprara stated. “We need to have a approximate head count for refreshments. Even if you can’t come for the entire time but only for a couple hours, I would suggest early morning is the best time to locate your legislator before they go into session.”
