Holmes promoted at NorState Federal Credit Union

    MADAWASKA — NorState Federal Credit Union, a full-service financial institution with offices in Madawaska, Van Buren, Ashland, Presque Isle, Eagle Lake and Fort Kent, is pleased to announce that Patricia Arthur-Holmes has been promoted to the management position of member services manager.     Holmes was born in Perth, Ontario, and attended St. Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Her previous position with NorState FCU was as a loan officer at the Madawaska location.
    “Her knowledge and experience makes her a very suitable candidate towards our growth and progress,” said NorState Federal Credit Union’s CEO David Rossignol. “Pat brings forward several years’ of experience, professionalism and knowledge of the financial world and focus on service makes her a great addition and provides the best accommodations for the membership.”
    Holmes resides in Saint Agatha with her husband, Fred. She has one stepson, Fred Jr., and a granddaughter, Kylie.
