   HOULTON, Maine — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Houlton during the month of November.
    Ricky Kinney, 21, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and operating vehicle without license, $200 fine (each).
Joseph Knowles, 23, Linneus: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, seven days in jail and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Brian Koblitz, 40, Medway: fugitive from justice, extradiction ordered.
Ricky J. Kucznski, 18, Sayreville, N.J.: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
Mark A. Lake, 40, Stacyville: assault (two counts), $300 fine (each) and 48 hours in jail (first).
Lakeview Lumber, China Village: operating motor vehicle beyond class restriction, $200 fine.
John W. Landry, 34, Houlton: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail; attaching false plates and displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, dismissed (each).
Michael Larson, Houlton: operating vehicle without license, $250 fine.
Nathan London, 26, Hodgdon: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
Seth Manning-Harris, 29, Easton: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Steven M. McDermott, 49, Littleton: misuse of E-9-1-1 system, $250 fine and 24 hours in jail.
Jeffrey A. McGary, 22, Monticello: OUI, $500 fine.
Allen Ray McLean, 23, Houlton: domestic violence assault and violating condition of release, six months in jail (each).
Stephen McNelly, 61, Hodgdon: violation of rule moose zone, $200 fine.
Dean Merritt, 39, Houlton: failure to make oral or written accident report, $100 fine.
Metal Recycling Services Inc., St. Basile, N.B.: rule violation, other, $200 fine.
Christopher Mitchell, 34, Island Falls: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Roger Mitchell, 84, T1 R5: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine.
Teresa Moore, 25, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, forgery and furnishing liquor to minor, unconditional discharge (each).
Benjamin A. Murchie, 19, Hodgdon: criminal trespass, $200 fine.
Natasha M. Newman, 21, Corner Brook, N.B.: possession of marijuana, $500 fine.
David Pelletier, 21, Wade: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Randy A. Phelps, 34, Island Falls: operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine and 15 days in jail.
William A. Rodgerson, 21, Bangor: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
Brenda J. Ross, 37, Ludlow: permitting unlawful use, $250 fine.
Travis Shaw, 27, Hodgdon: OUI (two counts), $500 fine (each), 48 hours in jail (first) and 90-day license suspension (second); disorderly conduct, dismissed, violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (first), three days in jail (second); operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed; night hunting, $1,000 fine and three days in jail and loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, dismissed.

Ronald A. Spinney, 31, Houlton: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
Tammie S. Stoby, 24, Fort McMurray, Alberta: possession of marijuana, $500 fine.
Todd Stubbs, 34, Sherman: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail and violating protective order, dismissed.
James Tarr, 64, Smyrna: domestic violence assault, $300 fine.
Paul A. Taylor, 74, Hunlock Creek, Pa: failure to attach bear tag to bear, $100 fine.
Nathan A. Tingley, 23, Houlton: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed.
Erica A. Tinyszin, 23, Houlton: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
Joshua E. Toner, 25, Hodgdon: OUI, $500 fine and possession of marijuana, dismissed.
Marcus A. Toner, 20, Hodgdon: violating condition of release, $100 fine and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Kenneth A. Williams, 40, Houlton: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
Veronique R. Wolckenhaar, 42, Bedford, Mass: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed.
